Reason for outage: Replace faulty hardware Maintenance date: Saturday, May 17, 2008 Maintenance time: 6:00am - 9:00am Impact to customers: The following locations will experience a loss of network connectivity during the maintenance window. A one hour outage can be expected. However, the entire maintenance window is reserved for this upgrade. Help Desk Central will be kept informed as to the progress of the upgrade and can be reached at 845-8300 for an update.
