The analog dialup bank at Texas A&M University consists of approximately 300 modems which support speeds up to 56Kb/s via the V.90 protocol. The dialup bank is available for general use by students, staff and faculty associated with Texas A&M University who need access to the campus network or Internet.

Currently, there is a 4 hour session time limit on the PPP modem bank at all times. This includes a 20 minute idle timeout.
